Our homemade jam is available in small bowls so that there is not too much left over. The butter hearts in the ice bath are also made in-house using a special machine made by Grandma Margret. Everything is freshly prepared as required. The dishes selected for breakfast are served every evening. This makes it easy to control the amount of food actually required. Senior Karl Mayr often goes on a hunt for fresh ingredients. For example, he looks for mushrooms for the seasonal dishes. Or the dandelion, which he processes into syrup, pesto or liqueur. Our guests can buy the lovingly decorated glasses in the small hotel shop as a souvenir or souvenir. Regional partners are a matter of course for us.
