Dispute resolution
Disputes between consumers and traders in connection with online purchase contracts are to be settled via the online platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR platform). The platform is provided by the EU Commission and can be found under the link ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Our company does not currently participate in the alternative dispute resolution procedures offered there; the online dispute resolution platform can therefore not currently be used by our company's customers.
Our company is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
