The special cuisine of Mittelburg. Close to the region and yet open to the world. Simple yes, but without making it easy for us. Traditional and rooted with the Allgäu and yet new thought. From breakfast to dinner, the palate clicks. Of course with the best ingredients. The homemade jam comes in small bowls so that not too much is left over. The butter hearts in the ice bath are also homemade, with a special machine that still comes from Grandma Margarete.
Everything is freshly prepared as needed. Every evening, the dishes selected at breakfast are served. In this way, the actual amount of food needed can be well controlled.
